Terms of Sale (Conditions Générales de Vente)

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on velluto-studio.com (the "Site"), operated by MAISON 512 SASU, registered under SIREN 949293336 — hereinafter "Velluto" or "we". Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.

2. Products

The Site sells digital products: wallpaper image files for smartphones and computers, delivered as downloadable files (ZIP archives containing JPG images and a PDF guide). Product visuals on the Site are mockups for illustration purposes; the delivered files correspond to the wallpapers themselves in the resolutions stated on each product page. Products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Including French VAT at the applicable rate. Velluto may modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of the order. As digital goods, no shipping costs apply.

4. Ordering & payment

Orders are placed through the Site's checkout. Payment is due immediately and processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partner providers (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods displayed at checkout). Velluto never has access to your full payment details. The order is confirmed once payment is validated; a confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. In the event of payment refusal, the order is automatically cancelled.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered exclusively by email: a download link is sent automatically to the email address provided, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking their spam folder. Download links are limited to [5] downloads per order. If you do not receive your files or exhaust your download limit, contact us at maison512.pro@gmail.com and we will restore your access free of charge.

6. Right of withdrawal — waiver

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledges waiving their 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Digital content is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or do not match their description, the customer may request that the content be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or refund. Claims: maison512.pro@gmail.com, with the order number. We respond within 48 hours.

8. License of use

Purchase of a product grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files as wallpapers on their own devices, for private, non-commercial use. It is strictly prohibited to: resell, redistribute, share, or publish the files (including on social networks as standalone content), incorporate them into products or services for sale, or grant sub-licenses. All intellectual property rights remain with MAISON 512. Any use exceeding this license constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.

9. Liability

Velluto's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Velluto shall not be liable for: incompatibility of files with the customer's specific device (resolutions are stated on each product page), inability to download due to the customer's equipment or internet connection, or misuse of the files. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

Personal data collected at checkout (name, email, billing data) is processed for order execution and delivery, on the legal basis of contract performance. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including your rights of access, rectification and erasure.
